We are a team of professional captains and recreational PNW boaters. We know these waters, the industry, and strive to support our clients throughout the lifetime of their boating adventures.

Passion for Boating
We are professional captains and recreational boaters that navigate PNW waters in large yachts and mid-sized cruisers. We are passionate about where to explore and finding the best ways to get things done in the marine industry.

Rising Tide
We want everyone to thrive in our marine ecosystem. We are a “rising tide lifts all boats” kinda crew.

Integrity
We want to earn customer and partner trust. That’s why our founder insist on acting with integrity - doing what’s right even when no one is watching.

Experience
We bring passion and 15 years management consulting experience. Which means you get a structured process and a team obsessed with delivering an exceptional experience to your clients and partners.
